                       Follows Circe’s (a sorceress) advice (Ulysses-exception)

_Symbols      ∙ Sirens- women  --not viewed as companions for men, but viewed as evil spirits that can lead a man to his fall
∙ Ulysses & Crew- men  --sailing to an unknown area- bravest & courageous spirits that like to challenge themselves and their limits

"Come closer, famous Odysseus - Achaea'spride and glory-moor your ship on our coast so you can hear our song! Never has any sailor passed our shores in his black craft until he has heard the honeyed voices pouring from our lips, and once he hears to his heart's content sails on, a wiser man. We know all the pains that Achaeans and Trojans once endured on the spreading plain of Troy when the gods willed it so - all that comes to pass on the fertile earth, we know it all!"

- I think that was a very clever way of luring Ulysses and the Greeks- praised those who want to be the only heroes of Achaea as Achaea's pride and glory.

THE SIRENS COME OUT IN ONLY 4 PAGES, IT WAS KIND OF HARD TO GIVE AN ANALYSIS OF THEIR CHARACTERISTICS.
BUT THEN, IT WAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ME TO THINK MORE DEEPLY ABOUT THOSE CHARACTERS.

I'M IN THE 1ST POSITION LOL
GUESS I WAS LUCKY THIS TIME, THOUGH I'M GOING TO TRY HARD TO KEEP THAT PLACE.
